By making these decisions on this planner you are freeing yourself to enjoy the good things in life and help autopilot the things you may not enjoy or that cause you stress day to day, like "what's for dinner?".
I created this planner to be easy to use and reuse throughout the year, I organized it so that you can set goals for your family based on what matters to you for this season. The beauty of the season premise is that these decisions are not set in stone for the rest of your life, they are something you are marking down as important for a certain timeframe in your year whether that be a month, 3 months, or half a year.
This won't solve all of your problems, but it will help you and it will be a step in the right direction.
